About Juan

Born in Barcelona on 11 August 1976.

Juan is an expert in commercial transactions and their taxation (restructurings, acquisitions, etc.), with special dedication to planning for companies and individuals.
He has lectured and taught at ESADE University, Universitat Ramon Llull, UIC, Universitat de Barcelona, Escuela de Turismo, Centro ADAMS and Universidad de Terrassa.

He is a collaborator of the Cukurato Association, president of the Decroly Barcelona Foundation and participates in and advises other social entities. He is secretary and advises several boards of directors, particularly in start-up companies.

Experience

With over 25 years of experience, he worked as a lawyer for the firm Uría y Menéndez for 2 years, in the offices of Barcelona and Madrid. After a year working in Guatemala for a charitable foundation, he returned to Spain and rejoined the firm. He has provided consulting services for organizations such as the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, the CODESPA Foundation, SETEM, etc.

Education

Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of ESADE (Ramón Llull); he has also completed the Senior Business Management Program (PADE) at IESE.

Ana is a specialist in civil and procedural law.

Experience

With more than 25 years of experience, she has consistently witnessed and participated in the execution of judicial matters and providing legal advice on all types of civil matters across all instances within civil and commercial jurisdictions.

In the procedural area, she is highly regarded for her expertise in contractual and civil liability disputes, as well as for defining strategies during the pre-litigation phase and managing inheritance and family proceedings. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in real estate and construction law.

Education

Law Degree from the University of Barcelona in 1997 and registered since 1998 in the Barcelona Bar Association. Doctorate in Civil Law from the University of Barcelona. Title of the research work: "La responsabilidad civil y el derecho de seguros".

Born in Cintruénigo (Navarra), on August 27, 1987.

Laura is a civil lawyer with extensive expertise in real estate law, as well as both common and regional civil law. She particularly excels in the study of the various foral civil rights (Catalonia, Navarre, Aragon, the Basque Country, Galicia, the Balearic Islands and “Fuero del Baylio”). Additionally, she provides legal advice on all types of real estate transactions (development, investment, construction, divestment, project finance, restructuring, lease agreements and hotel industry).

For 5 years, she prepared for the Property and Commercial Registrars Association exams

She holds a law degree from the University of Navarra and an Economics Diploma from IESE. She also completed the Women and Leadership Program at IESE.
