Born in Barcelona, on 11 August 1976.

Juan is an expert in commercial operations and their taxation (restructuring, awards, acquisitions, etc.), with a special focus on planning for companies and individuals.
He has lectured and taught classes at ESADE University, Ramon Llull University, UIC, the University of Barcelona, the School of Tourism, the ADAMS Centre and the University of Terrassa.

He is a collaborator with the Cukurato Association, president of the Decroly Barcelona Foundation, and participates in and advises other social entities. He is a secretary and advisor to various boards of directors, especially of startups.

Experience

With over 25 years of experience, for 2 years he worked as a lawyer at Uría y Menéndez, Barcelona and Madrid. After working for a year in Guatemala for a foundation, he returned to Spain and joined the firm. He has carried out consultancies for organisations such as the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, the CODESPA Foundation, SETEM, etc.

Ana is a specialist in civil and procedural law.

Experience

For over 25 years, he has continuously witnessed and participated in the handling of court cases and the provision of legal advice on all types of civil matters before the civil and commercial courts at all levels.

Ana stands out within the procedural law practice for her expert advice on contractual disputes and civil liability, as well as in defining strategies during the pre-litigation phase, and in family and inheritance proceedings. She also has extensive knowledge of real estate law and construction law.

Training

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Barcelona in 1997 and registered since 1998 with the Barcelona Bar Association. Doctor of Civil Law from the University of Barcelona. Title of the research thesis: “Civil liability and insurance law”.

Laura is a civil lawyer with extensive knowledge of real estate law and both common and regional civil law. She stands out particularly in the study of the various regional civil laws (Catalonia, Navarre, Aragon, the Basque Country, Galicia, the Balearic Islands, and the Fuero del Baylío). She also advises on various types of real estate transactions (development, investment, construction, divestment, financing, restructuring, leasing, and hotel operation).

For 5 years she studied for the civil service exams for the Corps of Property and Mercantile Registrars.

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Navarra and an Economics Diploma from IESE. In addition, she completed the Women and Leadership Programme at IESE.
