About Carles

Born in Barcelona, 16 April 1987.

Carles is a lawyer specialising in New Technologies Law, Compliance, Commercial Law and Data Protection. He currently complements his advisory work for tech companies with the position of Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer at the Fintech company Creamfinance.

Experience

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work as Legal Counsel in digital environments and disruptive, fast-growing industries such as Fintech or Legaltech, he has advised a wide variety of business models in the field of e-commerce, and has also led digital transformation processes in all types of entities, as well as the use of new machine learning technologies.

Training

Double Degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Master's Degree in Business Law from the Barcelona Bar Association, Expert Course in Data Protection Officer at UDIMA and a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance at BSM (Pompeu Fabra University).
