About Carles

Born in Barcelona on 16 April 1987.

Carles is an expert lawyer in New Technologies Law, Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Law and Data Protection. Currently, he combines his advisory work to technology companies with the position of Legal Officer and Data Protection Officer at Fintech Creamfinance.

Experience

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work as Head of Legal in digital environments and disruptive, fast-growing industries such as Fintech or Legaltech. He has advised a wide range of business models in the field of e-commerce, and has also led digital transformation processes across various entities, including the implementation of new machine learning technologies.

Education

Double Degree in Business Management and Administration and Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Barcelona Bar Association, Expert Course in Data Protection Delegate at the UDIMA and a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance at the BSM (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).
