About Aurora

Born in Barcelona on 21 May 1949.

Aurora is a specialist in financial advice, for both companies and individuals, and in auditing, on an individual basis.

Experience

She has developed her professional auditing career over the last 32 years, including 18 years at EY as a Senior Manager and previously 7 years as an auditor and consultant in the process improvement area at Deloitte, Haskins & Sell. Previously, she worked as a financial director in several companies in the industrial and clothing sectors. She regularly participates in seminars and conferences on accounting and auditing developments, and adaptation to International Financial Reporting Standards. In addition, she also participates as a speaker in panel discussions and auditing training courses.

Training

Graduated in Economics and Business Science from the University of Barcelona in 1974. She is a member of the Spanish Accounting and Auditing Institute and the Official Register of Auditors. Since 2015, she has been registered in the Register of Accounting Experts of Catalonia (RECC).

Born in Lagunilla (Salamanca) on 25th July 1963.

Román is an accounting specialist and works in the firm's Finance Department and in other advisory areas.

Experience

Before joining Busquets, she worked in the respective accounting departments of several companies. In particular, she has extensive experience of 12 years as the main head in charge of the Accounting and Human Resources Department of a company dedicated to the construction sector.

Training

He completed his upper secondary education at the Sant Josep de Calassanç School in Barcelona in 1980.

Santiago specialises in accounting and internal audit.

He has developed an extensive professional career as an internal auditor in industrial companies, leading audit projects and process and operational efficiency improvements.

Bachelor in Business Sciences with a specialisation in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Buenos Aires, Specialisation in Data Analysis from Ironhack, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in 2024.
